fantastic experience near eurotunnel!
easy access friendly staff excellent dinner
The location was ideal. Easy access to amenities. the staff were friendly. dinner in the restaurant was excellent! i had a great time!
I did notice the frontage needs a little tlc. That's an easy fix though!

the executive room was clean and tidy. tea and coffee making was available in the room, essential especially coffee for me! a comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

The staff were very cute and friendly! they provided excellent service. the owner mentioned i should try the breakfast. It was cooked by his son and i wasn't disappointed!

mixed experience at this hotel
smelly fridge unclean cup
the hotel lacked attention to detail. i found old milk in the fridge upon arrival. the fridge was therefore smelly i reported this issue but the fridge was not cleaned . the cup was also not removed after reporting

lovely stay close to the tunnel
convenient parking free wifi tasty breakfast great location
i found convenient parking right at the hotel. my room included free wifi, really useful. the breakfast was tasty with good choices. the location was near the eurotunnel terminal, a quick drive away.
the outside had a slightly worn look.

the staff worked quickly to respond to our requests. they managed the breakfast service efficiently and were available at the reception desk to answer questions. i saw them helping other guests with directions and local information.
